TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Last date for receipt of claims 31.01.09. 2. Open to GB, CI & IoM residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees of the promoter and their immediate families, its agents, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 3. Prizes will be sent to winners within 28 days of receipt of a valid claim. 4. Prizes consist of: One week long wilderness break to your choice of one of 32 European destinations, to include return flight, 6 nights' accommodation and meals for four people to the total value of £5,000. Winners are responsible for arranging their Visas (if required) and travel to and from the departure airport. Other prizes consist of 49 wilderness breaks to your choice of one of seven UK venues; 1000 picnic backpacks with a water bottle compartment or one year's Ramblers' Association memberships for two people; 5,000 insulated water bottle pouches with carry straps, and 5,000 bottle carry clips. 5. No responsibility can be accepted for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post or not received for whatsoever reason. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt or of prize entitlement. We recommend major winners use recorded delivery when submitting their claims. 6. Only original specially printed numbers on Brecon Carreg bottle labels will be accepted. 7. Unique code entries sent by text will be charged at your usual operator's rates and text messages sent from the promoter cost the recipient 25p. Calls are charged at 10p per minute from a BT landline. Other providers' costs may vary. 8. There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes, except for the Geopark breaks, which can be awarded in the form of a cheque for £5,000 and £600 respectively. 9. Winners may be required to take part in unpaid promotional related publicity. 10. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. 11. For major prize winners' names and counties, send a stamped addressed envelope, clearly marked 'Winners' to the promotional address after 15.02.09. 12. By entering the promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion.
