1. Closing date for receipt of entries: midnight (00.00) 31/01/2009. 2. Open to GB, CI & IoM retailers aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter and their immediate families, its agents, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 3. Only one entry per outlet permitted. 4. Employees must have the permission of their employer or senior manager to enter and the prize will be awarded to the entrant. 5. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified in writing within 2 weeks of the closing date. 6. There are prizes of 10 Monster Truck days in Bedfordshire to be won, which will be awarded in the form of a voucher for the event. 7. There is no cash alternative to the prize but the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond their control. 8. Any tax liability arising from the award of a prize will be the responsibility of the recipient. 9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, delayed or incompletely received for whatsoever reason. 10. For the prize winners' names and counties, send a stamped addressed envelope, clearly marked 'Monster Truck Winners' to the promotional address no later than 6 weeks after the closing date. 11. Winners may be required to take part in unpaid promotional related publicity. 12. Your data will be used solely for the purposes of administering this draw. 13. By entering the promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
